Access Outlook, once its open, search in the superior part the tools menu and click over it and select the accounts option.
When it asks for what type of account you want to set up, select the POP or IMAP option.
In the next window fill out the blanks with the information it asks for, be sure to write your complete e-mail address in the Users space and in the incoming and outgoing server space, write webmail.thenameofyourcompany.com in both, as an alternative in the 25 exit port, in case of an error you can use the 587.
Click on Add an account, and close all Windows and it is done, your e-mail account has been set up.
